• * Formed strategic partnership with GaAs and GaN IC foundries to produce low noise and power devices, MMIC's, and RFIC's.

2. - 0.15 and 0.25 um high efficiency power AlGaAs/InGaAs pHEMT's

4. - Linear Power InGaP HBT
