        UNION SEMICONDUCTOR PTE LTD. is an innovative company integrating R & D design and sales ,specializing in the design and development of RF Integrated Circuits (RFICs) and Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) . The company designs and supplies GaAs/GaN based MMICs for key applications from baseband to 40GHz as both standard and customized parts.Products involved GaAs GaN power amplifier(PA),low noise amplifier(LNA),driver amplifier,RF front end module(FEM) ,Wifi,(T/R Switch) MMIC etc.

        Union Semi is located in Singapore. The R & D team is mainly composed of PhDs and postdocs team from the top foreign chip design colleges and universities, professional professors, doctors, graduate students and experienced R & D design engineers from well-known foreign related enterprises.

        Union Semi's products are mainly for 4G/5G communication market, widely used in 5G base stations, smart phones, wireless communication modules, Wi-Fi  and other products. In recent years,Union Semi is in a period of rapid development.
